No. This is a flat SaaS subscription for technology and platform access. You pay the same amount regardless of how many clients you get or how much you bill. This complies with Georgia Bar Rule 5.4.
What can I do on the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you manage 1 active case with basic messaging, document storage (1GB), and a directory listing. It's perfect for trying the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can always downgrade to the Free plan.
What happens to my client data if I cancel?
You own your client data. Upon cancellation, you can export all your data. We retain data for 90 days after cancellation before permanent deletion, per our data retention policy.
Do clients need to pay for the platform?
No. Clients access the platform for free. They can browse the attorney directory, view profiles, book consultations, and participate in cases at no platform cost. Consultation fees are set by and paid directly to attorneys.
